We are pleased to present the Five Year Capital Program for 2020-2024. The intent is that Council adopt long range plans and objectives to provide orderly growth of the Municipality. The Capital Program illustrates capital expenses proposed by each department over the next five years. Once adopted by Mayor and Council, 2020 expenses will be funded and future years 2021-2024 will remain proposed for discussion and adoption in the future as funds become available.Download Document
For a limited time only, Allegheny County will be accepting applications to acquire vacant properties in 47 municipalities at reduced cost to the applicant. The Allegheny County Vacant Property Recovery Program (AVPRP) acquires blighted, tax delinquent properties and resells them to applicants for a reuse outlined in their application and approved by the municipality.Download Document
The Municipality of Penn Hills will hold a Special Voting Meeting on Thursday, August 29, 2019 at 11:00AM. The meeting will be in Council Chambers at the Penn Hills Municipal Complex, 102 Duff Road, Penn Hills, PA 15235. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss background check requirements and possible action regarding removal of appointed officials for non-compliance and any other business that may come before Council.Download Document

KDKA did a story on the U.S. Small Business Administration offering low interest loans to Residents and Businesses that had flood damage from the storms that we had on July 21 – 22. The US SBA declared the storm a disaster and now are able to offer the low interest loans.Linked Site
